Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to Super Safety Mum (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms")
govern your use of the Website, including your access to digital goods and services by way
of membership (the “Membership”). By accessing or using the Website and the Membership,
you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1.3 These Terms are in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), being
Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). These Terms will not limit your
legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms will be read subject to the
mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that
legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

2. Consumer Guarantees
2.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

3. Use of the Website and Membership
3.1 You agree to use the Website and Membership in accordance with these Terms and all
applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 These Terms apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Website and
within our Membership at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that
we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not
legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the
accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services
from our Website, including the Membership, at your own risk.
3.3 You may apply to access the Membership by completing the application form and paying
the Membership Fee on the Website. You must also be at least 18 years old to access the
Membership.
3.4 Your access to the Membership commences when your application has been accepted
by us, or on a date specified on our Website, and after you pay the price as displayed on our
Website and in accordance with these Terms.
3.5 You may be required to create an account to access the Membership. In doing so, you
agree to provide accurate information.
3.6 We have the right to deny your Membership application, or suspend or terminate your
Membership for any reason.
3.7 We may offer goods and services from third parties, and we cannot guarantee the quality
or accuracy of these third-party products.
3.8 By becoming a member, you agree that we may automatically sign you up to our email
list. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time by using the “unsubscribe” function.
4. Lifetime Membership
4.1 From time to time, we may offer a lifetime Membership. Lifetime members will be granted
access to our services for the duration of the Membership. While it is our intention to
maintain our membership program indefinitely, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or

terminate the Membership at any time, at our sole discretion. We will provide you with 30
days’ notice should we plan to discontinue the Membership.
5. Payment
5.1 Payments on the Website are processed through Stripe. Your use of these services is
subject to their respective terms and conditions.
5.2 When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and
access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your
payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
5.3 Membership Fees are payable in full upfront for the selected period (e.g., annual,
monthly or 6-monthly). You authorise us to automatically charge the card on file at the start
of each billing period (e.g., annually, monthly or 6-monthly).
5.2 If you fail to make payment or payment is declined for any reason, we may suspend or
revoke your access to the Membership. You will be liable for all outstanding payments,
including any costs incurred by us trying to recoup the outstanding Membership Fees (e.g.,
debt collection costs, legal costs).
5.3 We may increase our Membership Fees at any time. We will provide you with 30 days’
notice should we plan to increase our Membership Fees, and should you choose to cancel
your Membership as a result, you may do so in accordance with Clause 6: Refund and
Cancellation. Any increase in Membership Fees will be incurred automatically at the start of
your next billing period.
6. Refund and Cancellations
6.1 Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or
make the wrong decision, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
6.2 If you would like to cancel your Membership, you may do so at any time by providing us
with 7 days’ notice to prevent the automatic payment of your next payable Membership Fee.
If 7 days’ notice is not provided, you may incur a non-refundable Membership Fee for the
next billing cycle as we cannot guarantee your cancellation will be processed in time.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The Website and Membership, including all images, text, logos, documents,
downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of the Website and
Membership are the intellectual property of Super Safety Mum, unless expressly stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express
consent.
7.2 If you infringe our Intellectual Property Rights, we reserve the right to terminate your
access to the Membership without refund and pursue legal remedies, including by
commencing legal proceedings against you.
8. Third-Party Links
8.1 The Website and Membership may contain links to third-party websites or services. We
have no control over the content, policies, or practises of these third parties. Users are
encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites accessed
through these links.
8.2 The Website and Membership may include affiliate links, which means that Super Safety
Mum may earn a commission or other compensation from third-party websites linked from
our Website. There is no additional cost to you.
8.3 Super Safety Mum is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-
party websites. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-
party websites accessed through affiliate links.
8.4 The inclusion of affiliate links on the Website and in the Membership does not constitute
an endorsement or recommendation by Super Safety Mum of the linked websites or any

8.5 By using the Website and accessing the Membership, you acknowledge and agree that
Super Safety Mum is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or in
connection with your use of affiliate links.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law Super Safety Mum disclaims all liability for any
loss, damage, cost, or expense, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, arising
out of or in connection with your use of the Website and access to the Membership.
9.2 Any advice given in the Membership is of a general nature only and does not constitute
professional advice. We do not purport to be legal or medical practitioners, financial advisors
or any other type of licensed professional. No part of the Membership is a substitute for
obtaining advice that is specific to your individual circumstances from a qualified
professional. You agree that Super Safety Mum is not liable for any reliance you place on the
information we provide through the Membership.
10. Indemnity
10.1 Except where prohibited by law, by using this Website and accessing the Membership
you indemnify and hold harmless Super Safety Mum from any actions, claims, losses,
damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Website
or your violation of these Term.
11. Applicable Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. You agree to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms, if you and Super Safety Mum are
unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Super Safety Mum
agree to submit the issue before a mediator. The decision of the mediator will not be binding.
Any mediator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you Super Safety Mum. The costs
of any mediation will be shared equally between you and Super Safety Mum 13.2
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms, you and Super Safety Mum agree that
you both retain the right to bring court proceedings.
13. Severability
13.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Amendments
14.1 Super Safety Mum reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes
will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
15. Entire agreement
15.1 The above terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any
and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Super
Safety Mum.
