Mandatory CPR & First Aid Training for Schools – 2026
Equip your teachers with essential life-saving skills. Registration now open for January, February, and March sessions.

Why This Training Matters
First aid training is more than a compliance requirement it’s a vital part of every school’s duty of care. The Department of Education requires principals to ensure that all staff are prepared to respond confidently and effectively to illness or injury within the school environment.
Through accredited training such as HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, educators gain essential, life-saving skills that protect students and colleagues in emergencies. These qualifications ensure that there is always at least one trained first aid officer available to provide immediate assistance when it matters most.
Beyond meeting regulations, first aid training helps schools:
-
Establish safer classrooms, playgrounds, and excursion environments

-
Respond promptly to incidents involving asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, or injury

-
Maintain compliance with departmental health and safety standards

-
Build a culture of confidence, care, and readiness among staff

Super Safety Mum supports schools in meeting these standards by delivering accredited, hands-on training designed to meet Department of Education requirements. Our courses give educators the knowledge, practical skills, and assurance to protect every child because in an emergency, every second counts.
